THE BACKWOODS BEARS IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH CHARITABLE INTENT. THE BBC PROVIDES SOCIAL AND OTHER EVENTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR CHARITY. THESE EVENTS ARE DIRECTED ESPECIALLY AT BEARS, BEAR FRIENDS, AND BEAR ADMIRERS. OUR MEMBERS COME FROM ALL AROUND THE STATE AND THE WORLD. THE HOME OF THE BBC IS THE FAMOUS

Our Team
Our current Board remains dedicated to support the Mission and Vision established in our Bylaws. We are open to suggestions for non-profits that meet the requirements of our established guidelines for donations,.
Current Fundraising
The Backwoods Bears currently conduct Bingo at Sawmill Camping Resort to raise money for other, non-profit Charitable Organizations that meets our established guidelines supporting LGBTQ, women & children with basic needs.
We also support the local non-profit, no kill animal facility supporting their effort in providing a better life for abandoned animals.
